Since Internet provides a convenient, cheap and fast way to share the data and ideas around world; the differences between cultures and laws in different country may challenge each other.
  * US legal system is based on case law and hasn’t caught up with the Internet
  * The Internet allows a computer in country X to communicate with a computer in country Y, but laws differ
    * This enables people commit online crimes, and not being caught, by using a computer in a different country.
  * Consequence: there is no easy way to stop problems like spam, false advertising, and online scams
    * Phishing mails or websites may risk your properties.
  * Some country may use network censorship to monitor their residents' behavior.

    * Large network services providers like Google may use more network resources than other users.

People don't see each other on Internet. We can only imagine the people on the other side.
  * Like a super masked/dressed ball: you are communicating with others, but you have no idea about their background.
    * Everyone is smarter, richer, and better looking online.
  * Personal data being stolen and posted online.
  * Easy to post fake or incorrect messages.
  * Posted data is can never be actually deleted.
  * Less personal space.
