Initial Assignment

Part 1: Google Docs

The majority of work will be done in teams of several students. We will make team assignments during the first week of class. As a group, you will author and edit weekly blog posts. To facilitate collaboration (and allow the TA to evaluate your work in progress), we will use Google Docs to edit draft versions of your assignments.

Your first assignment is as follows:

  1. Create a new Google Doc named “About [Name]”, where [Name] is your Purdue username.
  2. Share this document with the TA (bbarker5025@gmail.com).
  3. Write 1-2 sentences about yourself, e.g. your major, career goals, hobbies, etc.
    • Now is a good time to think about how you will introduce yourself in your first blog entry.
  4. If you have any requests, concerns, or comments, please include them at the end of the document.
