▪ Anonymity lowers the reliability of Internet communication when accountability provide reliability of using Internet; Anonymity keeps Internet a Cyberspace when accountability makes the Internet a real world. Anonymity saves the user from accountability in bad situations like online criminals but also encourages it; accountability saves customer from online fraudulence but also gives spam producers chances to do their business. It is not easy to determine which place should be anonymity or accountability since in some situations anonymity means unreliable and accountability means no privacy. Here comes a dilemma of Internet.
