UNDER CONSTRUCTION–NOT READY FOR COMPLETION!
To register for the Workshop, please complete the form below. The name you give should be as you would like it to appear on your name badge for the event.
We have a block of rooms reserved at the XYZ for the nights of ZZZ. Please call 1-NNN-NNN-NNNN by DATE, to make your reservation. Room rates are $XX-$YYY. After DDD, the unused rooms in the block will be released. Please refer to the block of rooms as the NAMED Workshop.
